Truck Driver

Gulf Stream Construction Company is seeking a Truck Driver to safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload heavy construction equipment, material, and debris. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join a growing, family-owned construction company.

Requirements

• Operate Company vehicles including triaxle and tag trailer, flatbed, tractor trailer, dump trailer, sweeper truck, water truck, off road truck, and cement hauler
• Load, transport, and unload material, debris, and heavy construction equipment in a timely manner over required route
• Follow specific instructions provided by Equipment Manager and utilize Hauling management software
• Pre-inspect trucks; facilitate routine service to include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report maintenance malfunctions to Equipment Manager; wash and clean interior and exterior
• Maintain a detailed log of working hours to include job, phase code, and time used.
• Communicate and coordinate with Superintendents, Equipment Manager, and General Superintendent.
• Observe all safety regulations and traffic laws
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
