Job Description
The Beach Company is searching for a dynamic Development Intern to join our summer internship program. Our Development Team is looking for a detail oriented, self-starter to support and assist our Development Managers and Associates.
Requirements
- Assist in analyzing the initial feasibility of potential development projects.
- Coordinate due diligence studies of potential development projects.
- Assist with programming, entitlement, and permitting duties for projects that are moving forward.
- Support the Development Team in their duties as it relates to financing, operations and construction of various projects.
- Participate in meetings with lenders, partners, design professionals, municipalities, utility companies, contractors, real estate brokers and other project supporting vendors.
