Job Description
Maintenance Technician to maintain day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical
- One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance or related trade
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- EPA certification Type I and II
- Pest Control certification
