Job Description
Responsible for coordinating quality activities, assembly inspections, root cause-corrective actions, and supplier issues in a precision sheet metal assembly shop environment.
Requirements
- Daily assembly inspection to ensure product meets type design
- Communication and feedback with internal customers
- Containment of stock and WIP through quality investigations
- Attending QRB meetings and supporting QE's and internal issues
- Providing real-time shop floor support for quality based investigations and resolutions
- Creating NCR's and quality documentation
- Identifying known or potential problems and recommending solutions
