Requirements

• Terminal degree (PhD, EdD, DBA, or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in senior higher education roles
• Proven track record in academic strategy, program leadership, and institutional development
• Recognized scholarly contributions, including publications, research outputs, and participation in international academic or industry forums
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching, curriculum innovation, and pedagogy
• Strong expertise in business development and market positioning of academic products and services
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and lead across multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and networking skills
