Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme Manager

The African Leadership University (ALU) is seeking an Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end student experience for the BSc (Hons) Entrepreneurial Leadership program at the ALU. This role involves program leadership, curriculum development, faculty development, quality assurance, and student support. The position will enhance the learning experience and contribute to the institution’s mission of developing ethical and entrepreneurial leaders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Leadership or related subjects.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership, leadership education and development, experiential education or similar roles in higher education.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance in higher education.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies (e.g., Canvas).
