Travel Accounting Specialist

The Travel Accounting Specialist will be responsible for reviewing the accuracy of Travel and Expense Reports, Purchase Card (PCard) statement reconciliations, and other accounting documents in accordance with The Aerospace Corporation’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Review and approve Travel and Expense Reports
• Assist with reviewing and approving PCard statements
• Work closely with employees in interpreting company policies
• Perform month-end and year-end closing tasks
• Respond to audit requests
• Contribute to system and process improvements
