Spacecraft Systems Engineer

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Spacecraft Systems Engineer to provide programmatic and technical expertise for a major acquisition. The selected candidate will work full-time, on-site at our facility in Chantilly, VA, and will be required to have a current and active TS/SBI/SCI security clearance and polygraph, which is issued by the U.S. government.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 6 years of progressively more responsible experience
• Knowledge of DoD and/or IC space systems acquisition
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes, to include requirements generation and verification
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and impacting program decision-making
• Willing to travel domestically approximately 10% of the time
