Job Description
This role is for a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team and drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The manager will collaborate with senior leadership, develop budgets and forecasts, and support data-driven decision making across the company. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, reporting, analysis, and business partnering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proven experience leading full budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
