Solution Engineering Manager

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate solution engineering activities for the F-Bane Programme, a landmark project to upgrade Denmark's railway network. The role requires a driven and detail-oriented leader with strong organizational and communication skills, experienced in managing complex engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience managing engineering activities in large-scale infrastructure or safety-critical projects
• Deep understanding of engineering processes, project management, and quality assurance
• Strong leadership skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience in risk and change management within complex technical projects
• Fluent English communication skills; Danish language skills are a plus
• Experience in railway, signalling, or transportation industries is highly desirable
