Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be at the centre of efforts to embed new AI capabilities into our Customer Portal, scale and simplify our integrations suite, and advance workflow automation, smart QA, and AI-driven localisation solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ability to solve complex problems with many constraints, using structured reasoning and data-informed decision-making
- Strong proficiency in modern product discovery and delivery practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and business leaders, creating trust and alignment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to leverage product analytics tools and/or SQL to derive insights from product and platform behaviour
- Excellent command of English
