Intern (Vendor Manager)

The intern will support the Vendor Management department and Production teams with vendor capacity needs, developing skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Search for new vendors (translators, proofreaders, medical writers, regulatory consultants, etc.)
• Negotiate rates with vendors according to services provided
• Set up new vendors in the Vendor Management systems
• Assist candidates with the certification process
• Ensure vendor information is up to date at all times on our Vendor platform
