Zoho CRM Manager (Zoho CRM Specialist)

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive CRM Manager to take full ownership of our Zoho CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our CRM is maintained and continuously evolves to meet the needs of our fast-scaling business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM architecture, workflows, automations, and reporting
• Solid data management and analytical skills
• Experience integrating Zoho CRM with other systems
• A solid understanding of sales & marketing processes and strategy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
