Job Description
TextNow is seeking a motivated Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own infrastructure, monitoring, logging, CI/CD, and reliability. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable and highly available systems, as well as incident response and automation. The ideal candidate will be a critical lens through which to look at the world of communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an operations-focused role (SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Comfort handling production incidents and implementing long-term fixes
- Passion for reducing toil through scripting and automation
- Collaboration with software engineers and product teams
