Senior Specialist

Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Resolves student account issues, processes student payments and billing, and coordinates with external collection agencies.

Requirements

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Collection Experience.
• Customer orientation.
• Experience with Banner by Ellucian.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
