HSC Post Doctoral Rsch Assoc

Performs specialized post-doctoral work in research planning, conducting, and supervision. Responsible for participating in a research project associated with Ph.D. studies and interpreting results. May supervise research and student assistants.

Requirements

• Design, plan, and conduct independent and collaborative experiments
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for peer-reviewed publication and scientific meetings
• Critically read, evaluate, and synthesize scientific literature
• Assist in the training and mentoring of graduate students, technicians, and trainees
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Exhibit excellent written and oral scientific communication
