Texas Regional Physicians (TRP) is seeking a dependable, compassionate Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients. The role involves entering data into a health information system, expediting patient referrals, and ensuring complete and accurate registration.

Requirements

• Experience in medical terminology and workers’ compensation processes
• High school diploma required; associate degree and/or certificate in a related field preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of current experience within the last three (3) years in a comparable role
• Proficiency in internet use, email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
• Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
