Job Description
We are hiring an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Med-Surg and Ortho/Neuro Trauma units in Kansas City, MO. This leadership role involves providing charge-level oversight, supporting admissions, and mentoring staff to improve unit performance. Requirements
- RN license in Missouri or Compact state
- Nursing Diploma/ADN required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg RN experience (charge experience preferred)
- BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
