Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our 46-bed medical-surgical unit. This unit offers exposure to diverse cases, including telemetry and overflow care, and provides a supportive and fast-paced environment. The role focuses on safe, patient-centered care, medication administration, and patient education.
Requirements
- Current Florida RN license or multistate compact license (required)
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care preferred)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
