Cocktail - PBR Texas

The Cocktail position at PBR Texas Live! is a part-time role that requires serving guests, taking orders, and providing professional service. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and well-versed in concept products and menu items.

Requirements

• 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
