Requirements

• Drive solutions to reduce customer returns
• Interact as a bridge between business unit quality team and the fab
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and driving to solutions
• Lead small cross-functional teams that provides timely and accurate 'root cause' and solutions to challenges facing the factory and TI
• Effectively communicate current performance, opportunities, and next steps in both internal and external forums
• Interact and communicate daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside of the fab, and occasionally with external customers
• Serve as the primary contact for the fab with the business unit quality teams
