Requirements

• Assists in patient/family data collection.
• Prepares and documents vital signs, height/weight, and patient reasons for visit.
• Administers medications and immunizations.
• Documents administration of medications and immunizations.
• Provides patient/family education.
• Coordinates referrals.
• Triages presentations of patient complaints.
• Verifies provider orders and patient/site protocol compliance.
• Collects and processes specimens.
• Demonstrates service philosophies.
