Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining financial and accounting records, administering projects, tracking office supplies, and providing administrative support to the Texas Access to Justice Commission.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of two years related work experience
- Experience in financial/budget/accounts payable
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- Flexible and able to perform multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficient with personal computers and software (MS Word, Access, Excel)
- Prior experience with or in the legal system preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
