Job Description
The College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) occasionally has openings for part-time adjunct instructors appointed on a per semester basis to teach Political Science courses. Qualifications include a Master's degree or Doctorate in the teaching discipline or related field, and 18 graduate level credit hours in the teaching discipline.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Doctorate in the teaching discipline or related field
- 18 graduate level credit hours in the teaching discipline
- Experience teaching introductory government classes (PSCI 2305 U.S. Government & Politics and PSCI 2306 State & Local Government with Emphasis on Texas)
- Ability to coordinate course administrative duties such as grading student work, loading course content, and meeting deadlines
