Job Description
Tetra Pak is a global leader in food processing and packaging, and we're seeking a Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Operations team. As a Service Engineer, you will work directly at customer sites to keep essential food processing and packaging lines running reliably, diagnosing complex technical issues and empowering operators through training. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on problem-solving, advanced technical exposure, and the opportunity to represent a company recognized for quality, innovation, and sustainability leadership in the food industry.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
- Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
- Strong mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 85% of the time
- Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
- Proactive, customer-first mindset
