We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in managing large-scale construction projects. This is a great opportunity to participate in 'design & build' projects from start to finish, with a stable and experience-rich engineering-technological system project development, construction, and service company.

Requirements

• Experience in managing at least three large-scale construction projects with a project budget starting from 10 million EUR, including at least two as a general contractor.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of at least 10 people.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and the organization of the construction process.
• Experience in managing technologically complex objects and making responsible decisions.
• Good skills in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). AutoCAD knowledge is an asset.
• Higher education in engineering (construction, construction engineering, or similar specialty).
• Experience in project financial planning and budget control.
• Desired: construction process certification.
