Regional QA Director

Testronic is seeking a Regional QA Director for Europe to lead a team of QA professionals and project managers. The role focuses on delivering high-quality video game QA services, collaborating with various internal teams, and exceeding client expectations. Experience in software engineering is preferred but not required, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving business results.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test plans, and technical requirements.
• Experience with outsourcing and a proven ability to manage and optimize vendor relationships.
• Experience in software engineering, ideally with a strong background in QA or software development (video game industry experience is a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple teams and coaching managers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Understanding of business strategy and KPIs, with experience collaborating closely with sales teams.
