Lead Customer Care (H/F)

Tessan is looking for a Lead Customer Care to improve and manage customer service activities and procedures, develop and maintain excellent relationships and communications with customers, and interact with other Tessan departments to resolve problems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager
• Recognized for leadership and exemplary capabilities
• Experienced in a challenging environment in hyper-growth
• Appetite for technical subjects (SAV)
• Comfortable with ticketing tools (freshdesk, zendesk, intercom...)
