Terremoto Biosciences is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Analytical Development/Quality Control to join their Technical Operations team within the South San Francisco location. This role involves managing analytical activities, overseeing partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a scientific culture. Responsibilities include technical leadership, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related field
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
- Extensive experience with CDMO management and contract testing labs
- Thorough understanding of cGMP, FDA, EMA and ICH guidelines
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
