Job Description
This Night Shift Area Resident Manager role is within the Calm Area, working with the CTA (Central Area), Terminals, and AOA areas. The NS-ARM will be responsible for compliance with ASRs, coordinating meetings with key individuals, and maintaining operational clarity within projects. A proactive and independent individual with a strategic mindset is sought.
Requirements
- 10 years or more construction management experience, preferably in airport projects
- Proven accuracy, reliability, priority setting, and completeness
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of design and construction intent
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Master's preferred)
