HR Administrative Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Analyst to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and compliant HR and administrative operations, providing hands-on support across recruitment, payroll recording, employee documentation, wellness initiatives, and general office management.

Requirements

• Technician or Technologist degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related administrative field
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level (B2–C1) is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and administrative management roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel; solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required
