Job Description
As our Senior Corporate Counsel, you will help determine and resolve a wide range of legal issues related to structuring, financing, funding, and implementing reforestation projects around the world.
Requirements
- Advise business and finance teams on global forest project developments and operations
- Support the company's international practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and regulations
- Lead due diligence and risk assessment on proposed deals and transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards
- Develop and maintain legal policies and procedures
- Assist with any legal disputes that may arise
Benefits
