Senior Manager, Email Strategy & CRM

TerraCycle is seeking a Senior Manager, Email Strategy & CRM to lead all aspects of the company's email channel, including customer lifecycle management, email acquisition, and multi-channel execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
• At least 2 years in a leadership/management role
• Deep expertise with enterprise-level ESPs/CDPs (e.g., Hubspot or Klaviyo)
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies
