TerraCycle is seeking a Senior Manager, Email Strategy & CRM to lead all aspects of the company's email channel, including customer lifecycle management, email acquisition, and multi-channel execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
- At least 2 years in a leadership/management role
- Deep expertise with enterprise-level ESPs/CDPs (e.g., Hubspot or Klaviyo)
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies
