They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable marketing outcomes across digital channels, optimizing spend and performance through data-driven insights, and turning metrics into growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented environment
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with clear ROI in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills—able to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Experience with attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and A/B or multivariate testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in clear, actionable terms.
