Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the point of contact for customers, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. You'll manage existing clients, acquire new ones, and collaborate with the team to develop offers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate projects. You will also participate in strategic projects to expand markets, interacting with the internal sales department. This role requires a high degree of travel and deployment readiness.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical vocational training
- Experience in field sales (ideally in civil engineering/special civil engineering)
- Ability to develop innovative and tailor-made solutions
- High level of machine expertise
- Good understanding of processes and equipment applications on special civil engineering construction sites
- Motivation to inspire customers with excellent advice and solutions
- Responsible and independent work ethic
- Class B driver's license
