Senior Concept Artist (video games)

Tentworks Interactive is seeking a Senior Concept Artist with a strong background in video game development to join our creative team. As a Senior Concept Artist, you will be responsible for visualizing and developing concepts that help shape the artistic direction of our games.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience working full time as a concept artist in the video game industry, with a portfolio showcasing a range of character, environment, and prop design.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter, or similar tools.
• Expertise in traditional and digital painting techniques, with a solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional ability to translate ideas into clear visual representations and to quickly iterate on feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A passion for video games and a strong understanding of game mechanics and user experience.
• Experience mentoring junior artists and providing constructive feedback.
• Willing to work in India.
