Job Description
Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Tax Manager role with a firm that values employees and their professional growth. Assist clients with M&A transactions, tax consulting, and planning. Proven intimate knowledge of U.S. federal income tax law required.
Requirements
- CPA or JD certification
- 6+ years of experience in tax role with public accounting firm or private industry
- Comprehensive understanding of U.S. tax law/rules and implications
- MST preferred
- Experience with CCH Suite (Axcess) ProFx Tax, Engagement, and Document) a plus
