Werkstudent (m/w/d) Lean Management / Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support our Lean Management / Operational Excellence team. The selected intern will work on real Lean initiatives with direct impact, from process analysis to presenting to management.

Requirements

• Studying in economics, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field
• Independent process analysis and evaluation
• Support in organizing and conducting Lean workshops and conferences
• Co-creation of communication formats in the Lean network
• Coaching and guidance of Lean initiatives in various teams
• Development and implementation of improvement measures
• Collection, analysis, and evaluation of relevant key performance indicators
