Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner at Tenpo who will have the mission to transform the Tribe's strategy into real results for the client and the business, leading the end-to-end product cycle - from idea to delivery - and aligning purpose, technology, and experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (product, design, technology).
• Experience in the financial, banking, tech, or fintech industry.
• Experience in releasing high-impact products or initiatives for clients.
• Experience working with Tech Leads and applying agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Knowledge of products or payment media.
• Knowledge of Open Finance, innovation, or open finance models.
• Intermediate/advanced management of project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Notion, Trello).
• Intermediate/advanced management of data analysis tools (e.g. BigQuery, CleverTap, Looker).
• Experience presenting results to management or boards.
