Job Description
Tennr is a rapidly growing SaaS provider focused on streamlining the IT onboarding and support process for healthcare organizations. This role is a hands-on IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining system security, providing support, and implementing new tools. The company aims to reduce delays and improve the user experience by automating processes and handling the entire referral flow.
Requirements
- 2+ years in IT support, IT operations, or generalist role
- Comfortable working across Mac and Windows devices
- Familiar with Google Workspace Admin, Okta, and other cloud-based admin consoles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with an MDM solution (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune) is a plus
- Familiarity with internal tool integrations, scripting (Bash, Python), or tools like Zapier is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, startup environments
