Job Description
The Tennessee Titans are seeking Inside Sales Executives for Ticket Sales and Groups Sales. This is a temporary, full-time position, that will run through the 2026-2027 NFL Season. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and sales experience in the sports or hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Generate ticket revenue through season ticket sales, partial plans and group sales via outbound sales campaigns
- Make a required minimum of outbound sales calls each day to meet established sales objectives
- Conduct structured solicitation through outbound calls and face-to-face appointments
- Document all customer communication in CRM
- Assist at games and other special events with the intent of cultivating new sales and group prospects
