Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager/Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative sales team. As a Key Account Manager/Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers.
Requirements
- Audit Support: Facilitate and support various audits
- Profitability Management: Drive and monitor account profitability
- Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies
- RFQ Analysis: Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers
- Data Management: Manage access to customer intranet sites
- Requirement Transmission: Efficiently communicate and transfer new customer requirements
- Reporting: Oversee all customer-facing reporting
- Program Management: Actively participate in program management review meetings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing department
