Job Description
Tenaris is seeking a Prove Up Inspector (MPI) to perform nondestructive testing (NDT) verification and reinspection of seamless pipes. The role ensures the safety and accuracy of testing and inspection, complying with work instructions and standards. The position requires certification in MFL, UT, and MPI, and a strong commitment to quality and precision.
Requirements
- Perform equipment setup and verification.
- Verify the integrity, calibration, and readiness of testing equipment.
- Inspect and verify Reference Standard Pipes (RSPs) for compliance.
- Operate the Prove-Up inspection equipment safely.
- Collaborate with EMI Operators to assess defect sensitivity.
- Maintain accurate inspection and calibration data.
- Support rework preparation.
