Clinical Research Study Activations Coord

The Study Activations Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of initial study start-up and submission activities, including coordination of Research Review Committee, Feasibility Committee, and Accrual sub-committee. Responsibilities include coordination of new study pipeline activities and Trial Allocation and Capacity Support System approval process, accurate compilation and submission of protocols and related regulatory documents, and management of committee meetings and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education and experience
• 5 years experience with computer programs, particularly Microsoft Suites or related
• 1 year experience with project coordination or involvement with implementing projects
• 1 year experience coordinating Clinical Trial Management System activities
• 1 year experience in clinical research
• 2 years experience in research or healthcare related office setting, preferably oncology or clinical trials
