Job Description
The real estate team at Temasek in New York City is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate, Investment (Real Estate) to support portfolio investing and management. The role involves identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring portfolio performance in a lean team environment. This position offers exposure to diverse real estate assets and is key to Temasek's long-standing Real Estate platform.
Requirements
- Working Experience: 1-3 years of experience with a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, real estate transaction advisory / investment sales and/or M&A firm.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with electronic data sources (Bloomberg, Factiva, Capital IQ, etc.).
