We are looking for a Head of Manufacturing Operations Department to join our growing team in Molėtai to strengthen and expand our operations.

Requirements

• Higher or higher education in production management, engineering field.
• Not less than 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or a similar field.
• Able to create and implement efficient production strategies.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Able to efficiently manage and systematize information and resolve emerging issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different people.
• B2 level English language skills.
