Requirements
- 15+ years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling teams and systems at high-growth startups
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide architecture and complex systems
- Experience with data-intensive or distributed systems in production
- Familiarity with ML and AI-driven products
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with executive leadership
