Manager, Technical Program Management

We are looking for a technical program manager to help CPTO set up a program management function to build the right processes and structure for scaling engineering and product teams. The role involves working with Product and Engineering Leaders to identify gaps in collaboration and execution, setting up processes, defining technical initiatives, and driving roadmap execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the software industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
