Customer Success Specialist - Mandarin (Penang)

The Customer Success Specialist will respond to customer requests, manage concerns, and provide information based on enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
• B2 level English Language proficiency
• Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support
• Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin
