We are looking for a commercial customer advisor to support our 'Bring it Together' mission in Retail. As a customer advisor, you will be the direct point of contact for our customers and determine how they experience Telenet as a brand and as the end-user of our digital products.

• Using commercial and digital tools to gauge customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Achieving personal and team goals, including customer service KPIs
